• Return items must be shipped to us within 10 days of receipt. Item is not returnable if 10 days have passed from the date you received the package. Returns are accepted in their original packaging only and buyer pays for return shipping.

 

• The item must be returned, unused, in its original condition (as determined by the artist) and in its original packaging within 10 business days of order receipt.  

 

• All returns must be authorized by us prior to shipping them back for return consideration.

• Not responsible for wear/missing or damaged metal or gemstones once the piece has left any gallery or sales venue

 

• The full purchase price of the item will be refunded net of return shipping costs as soon as the artist confirms that the item is in its original condition.

 

• If the item is damaged a fee will apply equal to 50% of the purchase price. No custom or personalized orders may be returned.  .

 

• If the style was altered in any way, shape, size or form: no returns are accepted.

 

• We process a customer's refund as soon as the artist receives the returned item and confirms that it is in its original condition. Generally that should take 5-10 business days after the returned item is received.

 

• Sales on all natural gemstone jewelry items are final and not returnable, not refundable (no exceptions).
